Mike Winkelmann is an already well-known graphic designer from South Carolina, already famous in the digital art world with his amazing work, which amassed him a following of millions on social media.

He is also known for collaborations with artists like Kathy Perry, Justin Bieber, Childish Gambino, and many more. Beeple also worked with many global brands like LVMH, Pepsi, and Nike.

His work already attracted many, as he sold some of his work in December for a total of $3.5 million. With demand being so high, some of those works were resold immediately for more than 100 times the original price.

Crossroads – the first work of its kind on the platform, is a special animated piece of digital art, as it shows two presidential candidates in the first image, and after elections, it will change into one of the possible outcomes, in this case, either losing or victorious Trump.

The work was first purchased on November 1, by a user called Pablo, for $66,666 and was resold yesterday for $6,6 million to an anonymous user who transferred it to another user called Delphina Leucas.
Yesterday’s sale broke the previous record set just a week ago, of $1.5 million (800 ETH) paid for CryptoPunk 6965 for the single NFT sold.
